Department: Healthcare Services and Corporate Delivery (HS & CD)

Role: Senior Executive – Operations

The role involves coordination and operational support for corporate healthcare delivery, ensuring high standards of service across health camps, wellness initiatives, and day-to-day corporate engagements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily operations related to corporate health and wellness programs
• Coordinate with internal teams such as pharmacy, diagnostics, and logistics for smooth service delivery
• Track and report key operational metrics like SLAs and client satisfaction scores
• Proactively handle client escalations and resolve operational challenges
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Support in planning and executing corporate health camps and wellness events
• Contribute to ongoing process improvement and operational efficiency projects

Requirements

• Graduate with 1–2 years of operational experience, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or service delivery
• Strong communication, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Open to local or intercity travel based on project or client requirements
